The Merger...
Allied Facilities.com Limited is pleased to announce that from Tuesday 10th January 2012 we have merged with Eagle Hoburne Security Services Limited.
Eagle Hoburne was founded in 1981 by the current chairman, Peter Baker, and incorporated in 1986. They are a Private Limited Company. Eagle Hoburne is one of the largest private independent security companies in the south of England. They have built their reputation by providing a quality service.
Our territories overlap in Hampshire and we often found ourselves working on joint projects. The merger of the two companies provides a larger pool of resources and increased territory, strengthening our position in the market place.
We welcome Rick Ashton as Group Managing Director. Rick has worked directly in the Manned Guarding side of the Security Industry for over 25 years and has been at the helm of Eagle Hoburne since 2000. He has many vocational qualifications including a Science Degree in Security and Risk Management.
With regards to the management of your contract, your usual contacts, Zac, Rob and Kerry will remain working at the Littlehampton office, contactable as usual and working under Rick’s direction. It follows that your usual quality of service will remain uncompromised by this merger.
We say goodbye to Chris and Lorraine Wingfield who will retire as Directors of Allied after nearly eleven years of leadership. From all at Eagle & Allied we wish them well and a long and happy retirement.
