The individual responsible for overseeing and checking upon the satisfactory implementation of this Policy is Personnel & Welfare Officer, who is empowered to thoroughly investigate and appropriately redress any identified or claimed discriminatory incidents and practices.

The Management Team and Board of Directors will actively enforce this Policy and will support all those who endeavour to carry it out.
