Corporate and Social Responsibility Policy

 

Allied Facilities Limited will at all times consider its position and reputation both within our Industry and the Local Community. We will undertake this in a number of ways, however, predominantly as follows:

Vocational:

​

  • Allied Facilities will retain its full membership to the BSIA a position we have held since 1993.

  • Allied Facilities will continue to retain its membership of British Institute of Cleaning Science.

  • Allied Facilities will continue to support and work within the guidelines set to retain ACS status with the Security Industry Authority.

  • Allied Facilities will continue to use external UKAS approved auditors to retain accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, BS10800, BS7499, BS7858 & BS7984, standards that we have held in their various guises since 1993.

  • Allied Facilities will continue to supply high quality, trained, uniformed, SIA Licensed Security Officers to our Clients at all times. We will continuously explore avenues of improving our service at all times.

  • Allied Facilities will continue to supply high quality and trained cleaning operations using high end cleaning equipment and consumables at all times.

  • Allied Facilities have signed up to a new counter-terrorism awareness e-training programme ACT (Action Counter Terrorism) and will continue to work alongside the local Police Force with a view to protecting the Public.

  • Allied Facilities are committed to continual improvement in our environmental performance by improving the efficiency with which we use resources. We aim to comply with all relevant environmental regulation and legislation ensuring that environmental issues are integrated into our business processes and practises.

 

Social Activities:

  • Allied Facilities will continue to support local charities whenever the opportunity arises but within realistic financial controls.

  • Allied Facilities will continue to support local Sporting Activities within realistic financial controls.

  • Allied Facilities will at all times consider the impact of its activities on the local community.

  • Allied Facilities will continue wherever possible with its aim of creating local jobs for local people.

  • The Company encourages all employees to participate in activities to minimise the Company’s environmental impact.

  •  Working together between all at Head Office, our Regional Office and all of our Colleagues working in the field, we can maintain and even improve our standing both professionally and within the local community.
