Rick manages the Company’s
day to day activities and works tirelessly to achieve his ambition of making Allied Facilities the most sought after Facilities Solutions provider in the South of England.
Sue controls all of the Company’s financial activities and oversees the administration and business support services at our Head Office.
Pete is responsible for managing security operations and overseas the control room, mobile patrols, key holding and alarm response.
Cleaning Division Manager
Paul runs our cleaning division, the gleam team. He is responsible for managing cleaning operations and oversees all the contracts. He is also responsible for our In House Training for all Hard Flooring and Carpet Cleaning.
Lottie maintains and oversees the Payroll for our entire workforce.
HR & Quality Manager
Helen looks after our Human Resources and is also responsible for our Quality Department ensuring all our important quality needs are met.
Markus is responsible for rostering, CCTV monitoring and client/officer liaison.
Elaine is responsible for the day to day administration of the Operations department and dealing with customer queries.
Control Room Manager
Kirk looks after our Mobile Patrol Operations, including fleet management and mobile rounds. He also deals with alarm activations and client enquiries.
Recruitment & Admin Assistant
Natalie helps Helen by looking after recruitment process, vetting and processing of new starters, the control of uniform and other administration duties relating to HR.
Working from our Littlehampton Office, Simon ensures our West Sussex mobile team has all the information they need for their rounds and assists our Head Office operations.
